A dynamic speaker, he is well respected in the relationship marketing industry and is considered by many, to be one of the most effective trainers and motivators in the industry. A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, Jeff Solich graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a bachelor’s degree in aviation studies in 1995 and worked as a pilot for American Eagle Airlines and American Airlines. Solich has worked as a realtor since 2016 and served as an owner/partner for several companies. In addition to that experience, Solich has assisted multiple individuals in starting new companies.
A focused, dedicated and committed individual who enjoys challenges, Jeff wants to give people opportunities with proven systems, guidance and support in his new role with Advanced Licensing. He enjoys helping others and wants to see them succeed, with a focus on helping others be successful with their dreams of self-employment and independence.
Jeff is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys biking, paddle boarding, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and RVing. He has been married to his wife, Chara for more than 20 years and his son, Cade is in college.
Jeff became President of Advanced Licensing in February of 2020.
Angie brings over 15 years of executive business experience. Angie understands business and brings a refreshing perspective and insight on doing business in the New Economy.
Prior to Advanced Licensing, Angie has served as VP of iDealFurniture, managed a New York Dental practice and brings organization experience with leadership to the Team.
Jo-Jo has an uncanny attitude of service and guidance while assisting new owners with answers and direction on the process of expanding and growing their business.
Jo-Jo provides an infectious positive attitude, strong communication skills and problem solving abilities that makes everyone feel like they’re part of the Advanced Licensing Team.

Alan Horwitz graduated at the top of his class with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Indiana University in Bloomington Indiana. Mr. Horwitz has had a long and distinguished business career in various industries as a business intermediary, business consultant and sales consultant. He has owned and operated successful businesses including an Advertising Company, a Consulting Agency specializing in the sale of McDonald’s restaurants, an Internet Distributor, a Computer Software Company and various franchised restaurants including McDonald’s, Tropical Smoothie Café’s & CiCi’s Pizza. In addition, Alan has acted as an outside consultant for the SBA and has been involved in business sales, franchise sales, the sale of licensed business, mergers and acquisitions within almost every industry.
Alan is extremely experienced and qualified with regards to valuation, financing and creative deal structuring. He prides himself in his negotiating skills and being able to bridge the gaps that lead to successful transactions. Over the last 35 years Alan has been an outside consultant in the area of business valuations and in preparing businesses for a future sale.
